By means of SETRAC (SEminars, TRAining, Coaching) bach consulting pursues a holistic approach to systematically implement management methods into project and business everyday life.
The aim of SETRAC is to integrate the learning experience from seminars, workshops and training into everyday life and effectively implement the knowledge in operational processes. Moreover topics like e. g. communication, exposure to resistance and individual goals, are addressed and cleared in coaching and thus implemented for the employee's and the organisation's interest.
Seminars: We enable our clients to use innovative assessment and management methods independently. The basics of planning geared to key indicators and its implementation in IT-processes are in the center of the seminars. All methodic approaches are geared to real project and entrepreneurial everyday life.
Training: We train projected exposure to concrete software metrics like IFPUG or COCOMO and integrate this methods' use in your process and project everyday life. We assist you in establishing a captive competence center for metrics and quantification methods.
Coaching: We coach strategic and operational IT-processes on a professional, methodic and organisational layer. We support decision making, assist in overbearing resistance and open up new space for purposive action.
