Scope creep control.

The functional range of a development project can sustainably change during implementation. This Scope Creep regularly emerges in complex software projects and even can be necessary for successful implementation. The longer the period respectively the development phase of the correspondent range of activities and the more linking-up is only visible in later project phases, the more likely is a significant increase of implementation expenses.

Scope Creep Tracking: We also identify and quantify non-instructed functionalities, that is the screeping growth process of the functional range. We identify additional effort and costs and thus make the scope creep's consequences transparent. We enable overall-project comparisons and companywide Scope Creep Benchmarking.

Change Requests: We support the functional range's systematic development during the project' course. We concretise necessary change processes and point out costs and benefits.
