Your tasks as consultant, senior consultant or manager:

Consultant: As consultant you are experienced in the areas of telecommunication and / or financial services which you will successfully apply in projects for our clients. You will be the person to contact for all participants of the project and thus in particular for our clients' employees. Besides your professional qualifications you will acquire competencies for their leadership.

Senior Consultant: In addition to your professional knowledge as consultant you will take on responsibility for employees. At our client you will be the person to contact for project staff, project managers and line managers. You will continually broaden your professional competencies to be able to represent a wide field of issues on your own. You will improve your leadership skills to be able to direct more employees.

Manager: You are in the position to force particular subjects on your own and to professionally and personally conduct projects. You will be the person to contact for the project management, line managers and the clients' executive board. You will develop further competencies to represent more subjects of an industry appropriately. You will forge further clients and recommend yourself on the basis of outstanding expertise in a secluded area.

Your career possiblities:

Your participation at our success: Depending on your position – your salary consists of a fixed and a variable portion. The fixed portion will be individually determined on the basis of your qualification and the variable portion will be based on target agreements.

Advancement of your personal competencies: In order to obtain the targets as stipulated in the target agreement, we bank on arrangements for advanced training. According to the agreed room for improvement we will develop a training programme with you.

Performance appraisals for the achievement of your professional goals: There will be a regular check-up of the compliance of the aims which were arranged with you. Thereby the appraisal will be in accordance with your contribution to the success of bach consulting.
