Registrations:
Registrations at bach consulting should take place in written form only. The registered person receives confirmation of registration by return. As there is a limited number of participants for the seminars for didactic and spacial reasons, registrations are considered in order of their arrival. Data received with the registration is recorded for internal use by means of automatic data processing.
Cancellations:
Cancellations up to four weeks before the beginning of the seminar are exempt from charges. On receipt of the cancellation up to two weeks before the beginning a handling fee of € 150.00 is charged. In case of later cancellation this fee is likewise charged if the place can be assigned to someone else. Otherwise or in default of appearance the full seminar costs fall due. We reserve the right to cancel the seminar due to organisational reasons (e. g. if the minimum turnout for this type of seminar is not reached or if the referee falls ill at short notice). In case of cancellation from our side we will do our best to transfer your booking to another date and / or venue, subject to your agreement. Otherwise you will retrieve your already paid seminar fee. No further claims can be asserted.
Fees:
Payment of the seminar is due on invoice, but no later than 14 days before the beginning of the seminar. The fee covers the seminar's documents plus drinks and lunch.
Deviations from execution:
bach consulting is entitled to deploy an alternative referee, insignificantly change the seminar's content as well as change date and venue for an important reason. Changes to date and venue are given due notice. If hence a registered participant cannot attend the seminar, he has the right to withdraw from the contract at no charge.
Copyright:
All rights, as well rights of reprint and reproduction of the training material are reserved to bach consulting. Reproduction, processing by electronic systems, duplication, dispersal or use for public communication of the training material as well as of the software under copyright and trade mark right is not allowed in any form, not for the purpose of education without written agreement either. In particular it is not allowed to remove the software from the seminar rooms.
Liability and indemnity:
The seminars are prepared with expert knowledge and the utmost diligence. bach consulting ionly liable for default. In case of merely negligently breaching a main contractual obligation liability is restricted to the predictable damage. In case of slight neglicence liability is excluded.
Miscellaneous:
Exclusively the legislation of the Federal Republic of Germany is to be applied. If regulations of the general terms and conditions are ineffective, this is without prejudice to the rest of the regulations. The parties commit to replacing the ineffective regulations with economically equivalent ones.
